We only perform manual treatments, that is, we work only with our hands, thereby promoting the recovery of pathologies (injuries) in a natural and non-invasive way. If necessary, we supplement the treatment with bandages or dry needling. All our treatments are completely individualised. Each client and each pathology is unique. The treatments are focused on finding the origin of the injury, not just the symptoms. To do this, we perform a thorough history and a global assessment of the client. We do this by not only looking at the physical injury/problem but by listening to your story to understand how health and ill health are related in your specific case. Our goal is always to restore a harmonious state of the body by increasing the mobility and function of the various structures (joints, muscles, fascia, blood circulation, nerves, etc.). This eliminates the injury and improves the quality of life.
