We aim to make holistic, alternative therapies more accessible by providing admin, management, booking, marketing and accounting solutions that empower therapist to focus their time primarely on clients.

Our GOAL is to support therapists addressing health conditions in a natural, biological, holistic, homeopatic way; rather than a chemical, radiatory, mechatronic, allopatic or transgenic way.

We are a small, fierce team boot-strapping our way to success. Gab has been churning on the idea of a one-stop-shop for everything holistic since 2015. Finally during Covid after crunching some numbers and interviewing therapists, he decided to dive in and build our first prototype. Saket our CTO, joined the team from the beginning and has been guiding the architecture framework from its inception. Our plan is ambitious and we aim to develop two more MVPs in the next 12 months; including an AI diagnosis assistant to help customers better understand their condition.

The main focus of this method is the functional relationship between muscles and the deep fascia (connective tissue). Scar tissue treatment is a gentle treatment technique that releases tension in scar tissue - regardless of how old the scar is. It is used to relieve pain, stiffness, loss of sensation, and reduced mobility. The first visit can take up to 50 minutes. You will receive a treatment after the history, examination and movement tests.

Lymphatic massage is a good massage for fluid retention, stress, stagnation in the body and a feeling of heaviness. The massage treatment itself will not take longer than 60 minutes, depending on how long the conversation before the treatment is. At the first visit we will have a conversation about your problems which can take 10-15 minutes, and then you will receive a lymphatic massage.

LYNPHATIC MASSAGE

A classic Ayurvedic massage where the body is massaged systematically with relatively light pressure and with calm, sweeping movements. The treatment strengthens the nervous system and is deeply relaxing for body and mind. Muscles and joints are softened. The heat, oil and movements have a cleansing effect. The massage includes the head (scalp), face, stomach, hands and feet and takes about 60 minutes. 

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE ABHYANGA

A classic Ayurvedic oil massage where the body is massaged systematically with relatively light pressure and with calm, sweeping movements. The treatment strengthens the nervous system and is deeply relaxing for the body and mind. The massage includes the head (scalp), face, stomach, hands and feet. 60 min You will then receive a marma treatment which can be seen as a stimulation of acupressure points in the body with specific essential oils adapted to your complaints/symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, stiff neck, hormonal problems, asthma. I recommend that you bring comfortable clothes with you because.

AYURVEDIC OIL MASSAGE INCLUDING MARMA TREATMENT

Trigger point massage is a pain-relieving and muscle-relaxing treatment. The aim is to dissolve "muscle knots" or trigger points that cause pain, stiffness and weakness. I start with a short conversation (max. 5 minutes) about your problems and then I examine the areas that are painful or tired. However, I may also examine and treat non-symptomatic muscles if I think they are contributing to your pain, reduced mobility or stiffness. I often combine trigger point massage with cupping for the best effect! Cupping massage is a deep muscle and connective tissue treatment that promotes the circulation of blood, lymph and tissue fluids using a vacuum on the skin created by glass or plastic suction cups. 

TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE / CUPPING

An initial visit can take up to 50-55 minutes. You will receive a treatment after we have gone through your health history. A return visit can take between 30 and 50 minutes. NOTE: You will receive a door code via text message the day before your booked appointment!!
