Since high school I started to be interested in self-care in various ways and did meditation, yoga, tai-chi and qigong and gradually came more and more into the Chinese medical tradition that I studied the most. I have also always been fascinated by what you can do yourself to help your health, which I am happy to share with you during treatments. First I learned some of the basics from Grandmaster Fan Xiulan as well as Chinese massage, ear diagnostics and treatment, etc. In 1994 I first traveled to China for 5 weeks to study Chinese massage at a hospital in Beijing and in 1996 4.5 months of acupuncture. After that I studied basic training in Chinese acupuncture at the Acupuncture Academy in Stockholm and over time various further training courses. I have studied qigong according to Biyun since 1992 when Grandmaster Fan Xiulan, the founder of the Biyun method, first came to Sweden. She has been my teacher ever since
